Arizona Governor Signs Two Pro-Gun Bills!

Thank You for Your Calls and Support of SB1258, SB1250, and HB2457! On Wednesday, April 18, Governor Janet Napolitano (D) signed Senate Bill 1258, Senate Bill 1250, and House Bill 2457 into law.SB1258, championed by State Senator Jay Tibshraeny (R-21) will prevent any government agency from suspending our Right to Keep and Bear Arms during an emergency or disaster; and,SB1250 codifies into law that concealed handgun permit holders are no longer required to submit fingerprints when renewing their permit.
